The location is very convenient — everything is within walking distance. There’s a bike rental just around the corner, which was really useful. The room is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, functional, and cozy.

The location was good. Walking distance to many places. The property was clean and elevators worked well. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Nice to have the water, coffee and tea in the room.

Everything! But I have a special shout out for the staff at the reception (especially Jonna) who went out of their way to facilitate an early check-in. I came in on a 7.15 am trans Atlantic flight and was exhausted. The checkin was at 3 pm, which made it difficult to take full advantage of my time in the city as I was there only for one night. But thanks to the staff who went out of their way to facilitate an early check in, I was able to have a shower, rest a little and make it to the Van Gogh Museum for my 3 pm tour slot and because I was refreshed and rejuvenated, I was able to ENJOY my time at the museum. Thank you!

The hotel is at a great location, with everything being easily accessible by walking, tram or metro. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an incredible place to stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, allowing a early check-in. The room was gorgeous with a little bit of a burlesque theme. Breakfast was really good. Vocation was brilliant. Would definitely stay here again.
