Eden Hotel Amsterdam

The location is very convenient — everything is within walking distance. There’s a bike rental just around the corner, which was really useful. The room is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, functional, and cozy.

Everything! But I have a special shout out for the staff at the reception (especially Jonna) who went out of their way to facilitate an early check-in. I came in on a 7.15 am trans Atlantic flight and was exhausted. The checkin was at 3 pm, which made it difficult to take full advantage of my time in the city as I was there only for one night. But thanks to the staff who went out of their way to facilitate an early check in, I was able to have a shower, rest a little and make it to the Van Gogh Museum for my 3 pm tour slot and because I was refreshed and rejuvenated, I was able to ENJOY my time at the museum. Thank you!

The hotel is at a great location, with everything being easily accessible by walking, tram or metro. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel location and staff were really good. They provided me with a complimentary upgrade to a superior room
